A client asks how Dye Fore compares to Teeth of the Dog. Or whether a villa makes sense for his group of twelve.
One answer comes from a fact sheet. The other comes from having stood on the seventh tee with the trade wind in your face.
Clients hear the difference. They book the difference.
This trip is for the second kind of answer. And you are on the list because the resort is already in your programmes and moving.
The golf
The rounds your clients ask about, tee times confirmed and blocked for the group.
Day 2 · Wed 9 Dec
Seven holes on the Caribbean and the number one ranking in the region. No warm up round: day one goes straight to the course everyone came for.

Cliff top golf 90 metres above the Chavón river, played on both nines. The view that ends up on every phone in the group.

The inland Dye design, rolling fairways and lagoons. The unhurried farewell round before the flight home.

The week
Mornings on the course. Afternoons deliberately open, because that is when the real product inspection happens: villas, rooms, beach, marina. Evenings around one table.
Arrival transfers and check in through the day. Time to find your bearings: the lobby, the pro shop, the pool.
7:00 pm welcome dinner at Minitas Beach Club, the whole group at the water's edge.
Overnight: Casa de Campo® Resort & Villas.
Tee times from 8:33 am on the course everyone came for. Caddies included, as on every round this week.
Afternoon free for site inspections and the beach. 7:00 pm dinner at La Piazzetta in Altos de Chavón, the stone village above the river.
Tee times from 8:30 am across the Marina and Chavón nines, 90 metres above the river.
Afternoon open for villa visits and the marina. 7:00 pm dinner at La Casita, on the Marina promenade among the yachts.
Closing round at The Links, tee times from 9:00 am.
Check out and airport transfers after golf.
The resort hosts the Copa de España that same week, so you will see it running a major event at full speed.
Timings may be fine tuned closer to the date. Confirmed participants receive the final programme by email.
The evenings
Beach, village, marina. The same three settings your clients will choose between, one per night, with the people who run them.
The stay
The group stays across the two products that carry most of the resort's business: Elite rooms at the hotel and a five bedroom villa with its own pool and staff.
By Friday you will know from the inside which one fits which client, and why the villa question comes up in almost every group request.
